After Spectrum took over in NC, on demand is virtually nonexistent. Always get an error HL1000. Sluggish channels now. App doesn’t work to change channels. Spectrum acknowledges they have issues but gives no estimate of the issues being fixed. Ready to change providers.

Blackouts twice in 24hours. Never had an issue with TWC. But now Spectrum took over nothing but issues.

Here in Dallas Texas it’s about the same. I’ve been thinking of cutting the cord and this might just be the push I needed

Ever since Spectrum took over TWC I have experienced the same thing. I will be leaving Spectrum on Monday morning! The only time I get to watch any TV is the weekend and it seems VOD never works, sluggish or Nonexistent. It happened a few times with TWC and they always sent me free movie codes for the fail! Spectrum just says we know, we are working on it. Very disenchanted with this new company! Back to Dish I go!
