TIME WARNER BUSINESS CLASS-UNABLE TO DISCONNECT SERVICE BECAUSE TECHS. CANCELL THE SERVICE CALL MONTHLY. RETURNED THE MODEM MYSELF. CALLING MONTHLY TO LISTEN TO THE NEXT SONG AND DANCE, WHILE THE BILL ACCRUES… MY HUSBAND THINKS IM GOING TO HAVE TO HIRE A LAWYER TO RESOLVE IT. AND WE DON,T OWN OWN THE PROPERTY ANY LONGER, AND WERE TOLD YEARS AGO THAT ANY MODEM, OR EQUIPMENT MORE THAN 2 YEARS OLD IS NOT WORTH RECOVERING. IT’S JUST ALL A GAME TO SEE IF YOU WILL PAY.

Terrible company their office in Florence SC only has a machine. You leave a message & no one ever calls you back.Both of my next door neighbors have cable, they are less than 100 ft from my house but TWC refuses to hook me up. I would pay for the cable but I can’t get a person to answer or return my call. I would like to know how to break their monopoly on cable service in our area & get another cable co here.

You guys are over charging an begging for payment before due date hurricane came had no internet for 6 days bill do on the 14 am you guy call an call me on th 5th really not due til the 14 now u guy disconnect the cable before the 14been with u guys for 1year

Time Warner just cannot get a single thing right, ever. I constantly go down to their store because their customer service answering system is an incomprehensible, non user friendly maze. At the store I wait in long lines and someone so old that they barely can work their own computer waits on me begrudgingly. And month after month something else needs fixing because they don’t adjust the problem in the right fashion. If I wasn’t a tenant, I could attach a dish and I would switch to directv in a heartbeat. But sadly I’m a masters student who can barely afford her sky high TWC bill. And I’ll be going down tomorrow to the store because they gave me the wrong box: I ordered an HD box and they gave me the standard one. Go suck an egg time warner, you’re a worthless bunch of crooks.

Time Warner changed our account number without notifying us. Paying through our bank electronically failed after this since Time Warner was not smart enough to map old numbers to new on payments coming in. We got nasty email, phone calls saying we were to be shut off. Two weeks later after thinking we had everything straightened out they are now saying we have not paid anything. Unbelievable. Worst company I have every dealt with.

To day time warner shut off my Internet, phone and cable with no warning. Then wanted me to bring the box in tomorrow to there office. After 6 hours of ” helping” me I have no email, no premium cable and can’ connect to Netflix. Their suggestion is to unplug and reboot. That doesn’t help. Is there no oversight? Are they not accountable to someone? They sure don’t act like they are

I just moved to NC from a place that I had Verizon Fios Internet (amazing). I have had nothing but issues with TWC for phone and internet. I have Directv for television. My internet was so bad, I upgraded to the most expensive package and it still hit and miss. I am currently leasing my router from TWC, but plan on giving back and buying my own with better capability. Hopefully that will help and eliminate my problems. I wish Fios would come to this area, but don’t think they plan to.
