Steven Yaniz Austin TX

Recently they laughed off the fact that I was making it my personal agenda for nyone and everyone with issues concerning billing, customer service or whatever contact their president directly. So here it goes!
Having trouble with TWC, well they told me it is impossible to reach the top directly and get real answers. So, Contact this guy and by all means attach my name: Steven Yaniz

Are you guys aware that everytime your cable, internet, or VOIP phone is down, you have a right to get a credit on your bill? SO, CALL TWCA at 485-5555, ask for service and tell them what was down and request CREDIT for that time. If we all do this, we can hit them in their greedy huge pockets. You do not have to pay for service you do not receive! This goes for all providers.

The worst service ever. These companies wonder why competitors enter and margins are squeezed. The one simple fucking solution is blazing in front of you: HAVE A FUCKING SIMPLE WORKING PRODUCT!!!! IF I PAY FOR CABLE CONNECTION, I EXPECT IT TO SIMPLY FUCKING EXIST!!! IF IT DOES NOT, YOU SELL ME SHORT UPON THE AGREED TRANSACTION YOU FUCKING TOOL! JUST HAVE SOMETHING PERFORM AND FUNCTION AS IT IS SUPPOSED TO YOU FUCKING PIECE OF SHIT.

I simply cannot fathom any remote notion that under-serving customers (for whatever the fuck reason – cost savings?) is somehow advantageous to this company. Fuck you Time Warner you piece of shit – watch your customers leave and revenue shrink you lousy piece of shit service. Fuck you.

We have been TWC customers for many years. Never had a problem until about 4 years ago. I dont know what has happened, but the service has really gone south. We have several shows that we watch as a family, on various channels, that we cannot keep up with, because, as often as not, the show is so pixelated and blocky, we cannot watch them. Must be time to move on…

Time Warner Austin is throttling my Netflix streams. If I stream from other services such as Amazon to my Sony Bravia TV I can get uninterrupted, full HD streams. Presently Netflix in SD will stutter about every 30 seconds for buffering. Same device, same network, different streams, different results. Thankfully Google Fiber is coming to Austin in 2014.

for YEARS now i have had problems with tine warner freezing and requiring rebooting and more recently almost constantly with on demand and start over along with the pixilating of the picture on regular cable
i have had inside rewiring and numerous boxes
the last repair person suggested we try rewiring from the roof, a process that involves major moving of items in a window
since i have been told that the repair person HAS TO WITNESS THE PROBLEM in order to fix it, and since i know at least two other people (one from another building and one in another borough) i am sure that we are not alone, and that this problem must be rather common.
i want to avoid another few years of bad service. does anyone else have these problems?
