Using the twc internet app (both from ipad and a roku device) to watch tv works better (but not great) than twc analog tv, and better than every twc supplied digital cable box i have used. so, twc, you can feed a digital tv stream to an app, but you cant do the same thing to a dedicated tv cable box? figure it out, or stop selling digital boxes, and use only your app, and buy all customers
a roku or an ipad. we all know your digital tv signal is just the internet, except you send the tcp/ip packets over a private network rather than vanilla internet network. but, then, if you just gave your customers internet tv, you couldnt charge ignorant customers twice for the same exact service, could you?

THE REMOTE CONTROL DOES NOT WORK (MOST BUTTONS DO NOT WORK AT ALL AND THE ONES THAT WORK YOU HAVE TO PUSH THEM SEVERAL TIMES), THE AUDIO OUT CABLE IS DELAYED COMPARED TO THE AUDIO FROM THE HDMI CABLE, THE WHOLE INTERFACE SCREEN SYSTEM IS LIKE FROM THE 80´S…I COME FROM MEXICO AND ANY SATELLITE SYSTEM THEY HAVE OVER THERE IS A LOT BETTER THAN TWC…THE PRICE IS MUCH MORE EXPENSIVE AND WITH LESS FEATURES THAT ANYTHING ELSE OTHERE….I ONLY HAVE IT CAUSE IT IS THE ONLY ONE AVAILABLE IN THE DEPARTMENS WHERE I MOVED A MONTH AGO….IT IS INCREDIBLE HOW LOW QUALITY THIS IS…NEW ONE: BETWEEN COMMERCIAL BREAK THE IMAGE GOES BLANK…BUT HTE AUDIO OUT STILL GOES ON

I am a former “Install Tech” with TW. This company is the worst run company I have ever worked for. I took the job as it was the only employment I could find at the time. I worked for the company for 6 mo and have since found much better employment. Quitting this company is one of the most satisfying decisions I’ve ever made. I understand the customer frustration and trust me, the employees are just as frustrated. The techs get paid dirt…~$10/hr. The training course techs go through is ridiculous. The problem with this company is management and junk equipment. The monthly service charges of $200+ is scalping if you ask me. Not worth the price even if the service was outstanding. I remember a time not long ago when cable was $20 a month…and it worked great.

I am new to the TWC community after buying a home that fios does not service. I’m in the NYC area. My issues are that every night at 10:04 pm my boxes decide to freeze and lock up. Also I notice this happens occasionally when you change channels to fast. The usual solution to this is a hard reset on the boxes. Also noticing that the HSD gets hung up sometimes and you have to toggles wifi between 2.4gz channel and the 5gz channel. Anyone else experiencing these issues in the nyc area

thanks for the place to complain. I live in San Antonio and for the Fourth time this year, cable is completely out. SPent over an hour on the phone complaining. They dont give a damn.
They will send a technican in FIVE DAYS. So I bought an antenna and I am posting this from a local wi fi hot spot.
I have just gotten CLEAR, should arrive in the mail TOMORROW and I am looking into DISH . TIme Warner SUCKS
