never had a problem with TWC in Austin or Corpus.. super fast internet.. I download torrent from the newest games, apps like photoshop, 3d studio max, bryce to thousands of dvd rips and music.. I had cox in college station they monitor your downloads and shut my service off for my activity.

let’s see…just when I had everything pretty much figured out…they take all the channels and mix’m all up….for no apparent reason….now i cant find Palladia…or my golf channel….and a lot of other channels….they give me these gizmoes for each of my 7 T.V.’s for free…..but will begin charging me for them after a year. Can’t wait for internet TV to put the cable companies out of my check book.

I’ve had TWC for two years, both cable tv and wireless internet. Neither has worked worth a damn for any length of time. I’m so god damn sick of it. I’ve had over 20 service calls in this time and nobody ever fixed anything…and whoever came said the last guy didn’t do something right. Nobody has done anything right. My cable freezes up constantly, the channels barely change, my internet’s signal is so low it barely operates at all most time. What the fuck am I paying for! God I wish ATT Uverse was available to me. Then I guess I could find out if they suck as well. I don’t want a god damn satellite. Time Warner reminds me of when phone companies had no competition and a long distance call cost $20. Lazy, bullshit attitudes and ridiculous costs. I’m sick of shit that doesn’t work and Time Warner is top of the list. They just suck.

Am I the only one who hasn’t had issues with Time Warner? I had TWC in SA for about a year and had a few issues for the first month then smooth sailing from there. Here in Austin I have had TWC for 3-4 years and have never had major issues. I read horror stories in websites like yelp but I just have never had any issues with them.

Time Warner just sucks! Everything they do sucks. Every service they offer sucks. Every customer service rep they have sucks. Their “technicians” are idiots.

4 cable boxes in my bedroom and none of them have worked correctly. The last guy that came out said “ma’am, my meter is telling me that something’s wrong and I can’t find it, but your getting a full signal”. On Monday, I spent my lunch hour at the Stassney Lane TW (18th in line) and got a new box and that one does not work EITHER. I called them and now have to wait at home on Friday from 1pm to 5pm for the service dude. When I told the girl on the phone that their equipment is cheap, substandard and is costing TW more money in the long run for purchasing cheap equipment, she said “that’s not true, we don’t get that many complaints”. I almost fainted. Almost every person there (the 18 in front of me and the 18 behind me), had defective equipment. The only reason I do not cancel my service is that I need the high speed in order to work at home and it is the only available high speed where I live. Almost 1,500.00 a year for this crap????????

I have been trying to order ppv for some time now but it always gives me a message saying it will begin shortly and it never does. Called Twc many times and they don’t do shit about it! Switched my box 3 tims in one week until a technician finally said the said it was TWC fault.

Had minimal problems with their internet for 4 years and now I get dropped internet at least 4-5 times a day for no apparent reasons and they claim that it’s my router which I’ve replaced. They are no closer to a solution. I’m switching to AT&T U-verse internet.
